United States Patent and Trademark Office, OCIO IMTAS Helpdesk

GNS, teamed with General Dynamics Information Technology, is providing Tier 1 Helpdesk Support and Advanced Problem Resolution (APR) engineering support.
 

United States Patent and Trademark Office, IDEAI

GNS teamed with the Prime Contractor Signal Corp. General Dynamics Information Technology on the Department of Commerce, US Patent and Trademark Office – IDEAI Multiple Award ID/IQ Contract.  GNS provides perimeter switch engineering support and installation, developed QRadar SIEM system for USPTO to provide enterprise-wide centralized audit/event logging with security event correlation and alerting, and is currently implementing F5 Application Delivery Controllers (ADC) for USPTO to replace SSL Accelerator functionality.  Responsibilities included NOC/SOC Support, IPS/IDS, Forensics, and IT Security, developing solution for encrypting sensitive data sent by customers via web-based applications to USPTO through use of Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) Accelerators, C&A Remediation, and Firewall design and implementation.

Department of Health and Human Services, Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services

GNS teamed with Prime Contractor Lockheed Martin Information Technology on the Department of Health and Human Services, Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services CITIC program.  The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid is an agency within the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. It serves about 75 million beneficiaries through Medicare, Medicaid, the State Children's Health Program, and other health care quality assurance programs.  CITIC is
7.5 year contract to provide agency-wide information technology and infrastructure support services for the federal government's Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS).

Department of Commerce, US Patent and Trademark Office - SETA III program

GNS teamed with the Prime Contractor Signal Corp. (now known as Signal Solutions, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of General Dynamics and previously known as Veridian IT Solutions, Inc.) on the Department of Commerce, US Patent and Trademark Office - SETA III program The SETA III program is a $76M+ IDIQ contract awarded to two companies (one Large size company and one 8a Small Business) 
The Patent and Trademark Office chose Signal Corp. (Large Business) and Project Performance Corp. (8a Small Business) for the Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance 3 procurement.  
 
Department of Commerce, US Patent and Trademark Office - SETA II program

Planning Research Corporation (PRC) was the SETA II prime contractor at the USPTO.  Total Site Solutions, Inc. (TSS) was a sub-contractor to PRC: 
Planning Research Corporation (PRC) was the SETA II prime contractor at the USPTO.  Total Site Solutions, Inc. (TSS) was a sub-contractor to PRC.   TSS, hired Government Network Solutions, Inc. as a consultant to design the data center of the USPTO’s new facility being built in Old Towne Alexandria, Virginia.  GNS Engineers designed the data center layout.  The project duration was June 2000 thru August 2000.

GNS provides commercial Network and Workstation engineering on-site support services to Guardian Pest Services in Fredericksburg, Virginia.  

Robert B, Payne, Inc.
GNS provides Commercial Network, UNIX Server and Workstation engineering on-site support services.  This support includes Project Management and Network Engineering Services as well as UNIX support with disk array on server.
